THE BASICS

- 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund

- Email us at contact@topichq.com with the email address you used to purchase

- We process refunds within 5 business days

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Payhip

WHAT YOU CAN KEEP

You can keep the PDF after a refund. We don't ask for files back. We trust you to make the right call for yourself.

LIMITS

- One refund per customer (after that, we trust you to know what you're buying)

- Refunds are not available on guides purchased more than 30 days ago

- Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole — we can't refund part of a bundle
